As the office and secretariat of the Hongqi Industry-University-Research Innovation Alliance, Qizhi Innovation Center builds a public service platform for the automobile industry in Changchun City, builds alliance laboratories and alliance trial production complexes, solves common problems of alliance members and provides personalized services.

The Hongqi Industry-University-Research Innovation Alliance was jointly initiated by China FAW, Jilin University, Institute of Optics and Mechanics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Institute of Applied Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Committed to in-depth cooperation in the fields of new technologies, new materials, new energy, etc., and implement major projects for joint research and application of industry, university, research and application. 13 shareholder units including Zhiyuan Xinneng are all members of the Changchun Hongqi Industry-University-Research Innovation Alliance.
