Daily use of gas cylinders and precautions
LNG is mixed with air or oxygen to form explosive gas, which will burn if it encounters fire. Therefore, LNG must be led to a safe place through pipelines for discharge.
Before filling the gas cylinder, carefully check the connecting parts for leaks. If there is, the filling must be stopped, and the filling can be carried out after tightening and leaking.
The pressure of a gas cylinder filled with LNG rises very quickly, which may cause the safety valve to open. Therefore, it should be used as soon as possible and long-term storage is prohibited.
In order to ensure the safety of filling, the filling station must formulate corresponding safe filling procedures and complete emergency plans in accordance with the specified requirements before filling the gas cylinders.
Before driving, check whether the gas cylinder is firmly fixed to the frame and beam, whether all the air pipe connections are leaking, and whether the sensor joints are loose.
