Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description:
1. Primarily responsible for product design tasks, including cryogenic insulated pressure vessels, modules, gas storage cylinders, urea tanks, and mechanical structural components.
2. Product Design: Prepare design drawings or issue configuration specifications for products requiring new designs; update and refine design drawings.
3. R&D Project Execution: Advance the project according to the product development timeline and coordinate with other departments (e.g., testing, pilot production, etc.).
4. Industry Information Gathering: Monitor the latest industry trends and technological advancements, collect relevant data to provide informational support for R&D project initiation, and propose product improvement recommendations and new product development proposals.
5. Technical Support: Assist in resolving technical issues during the production process, participate in tackling challenging technical problems, collaboratively address production-related challenges, and enhance product quality. Analyze pre-sales and after-sales inquiries and provide timely technical support.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (candidates from “Double First-Class” universities preferred), with a major in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field;
2. Solid expertise and thorough familiarity with standards and codes related to pressure vessels;
3. More than 10 years of experience in mechanical structural design is preferred (candidates familiar with the design of cryogenic storage and transportation equipment or skilled in stress analysis are given priority).
4. Proficient in using software for calculations and skilled in 2D/3D drafting (must be proficient in CATIA).
5. Possesses strong adaptability and innovative capacity, as well as sound psychological resilience and a strong sense of professional dedication.
6. Candidates with professional experience at reputable design firms, research institutes, or similar organizations will be given priority.
