LNG Skid-Mounted Dispensing Unit
Integrated Product Design Based on user requirements, this unit is designed with two types of integrated skid configurations: (1) Conventional Integrated LNG Skid‑Mounted Fueling System The conventional integrated LNG skid‑mounted fueling system comprises a process equipment skid and a control skid. A minimum explosion‑proof safety distance must be maintained between the two skids. This configuration is suitable for facilities with ample space and sufficient fire‑safety clearance. (2) Fully Integrated LNG Skid‑Mounted Fueling System This product integrates LNG receiving, storage, transfer, and dispensing equipment, along with low‑voltage power distribution and a PLC control system, all housed within a single skid. It is installed directly at the designated site without requiring any external structural support, facilitating easy relocation and minimizing operating costs. The system also features remote control and monitoring capabilities, enabling 24‑hour technical support and guidance. To address accommodation needs for nighttime personnel, the unit includes a wireless pad equipped with remote control and monitoring functions. This simple yet practical solution allows real-time access to all on-site operational data, particularly anomaly alarms. Additionally, the fueling operator’s duty room and rest area can be shared with the parking lot’s duty station, effectively resolving the challenge of lacking a dedicated fueling‑station duty room.
