Jiangsu Shenhanchen Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in April 2020 and is a high-tech enterprise aiming to become a leading domestic supplier of core components for fuel cell vehicles and solid oxide fuel cells.
The company is located within the Jiangyin Lingang Science and Technology Industrial Park, with the Yangtze River to the north, Lake Tai to the south, Suzhou to the east, and Changzhou to the west. Situated at the geometric center of the “Suzhou–Wuxi–Changzhou–Jiangyin Triangle,” the area boasts convenient transportation links: an airport, high-speed rail, expressways, a city light rail, and a major waterway crisscrossing the region. Within a one-hour economic circle, it extends eastward to Shanghai and westward to Nanjing.
The company’s core business encompasses the development and manufacturing of critical components for proton exchange membrane fuel cells, including hydrogen injectors, ejectors, drain valves, vent valves, water separators, bottle‑neck valves, pressure‑limiting valves, pressure‑reducing valves, hydrogen circulation pumps, and hydrogen supply valve assemblies. In addition, the company supplies key components for the solid oxide fuel cell market, such as air compressors, methane compressors, and gas‑ejector devices. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand into core products supporting liquid‑hydrogen storage and transportation, including liquid‑hydrogen pumps, as well as electrolysis‑based hydrogen production equipment.
Changchun Qizhi Automotive Industry Innovation Center Co., Ltd.
Changchun Qizhi Automotive Industry Innovation Center Co., Ltd. was established on September 8, 2020, with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. It was jointly funded by Changchun Zhiyuan New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., China FAW Group Corporation, Changchun FAW Fusheng Group Co., Ltd., Changchun Xuyang Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., and 10 other companies, totaling 13 entities.
The Flag‑Zhi Innovation Center is a vehicle‑industry innovation platform oriented toward technological advancement, jointly established, co‑invested, and shared by China FAW, the government, industry alliances, and its shareholders.
·As the China FAW Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubator, the Qizhi Innovation Center serves as the Group’s external platform for its dual‑innovation initiatives. Its core business includes intellectual property incubation and technology transfer.
·As a platform established by the Automotive Economic Development Zone government to accelerate innovation and entrepreneurship in the automotive industry, the Qizhi Innovation Center leverages technological empowerment and innovation-driven approaches to expedite industrial implementation and stimulate the growth of the automotive sector.
·As the office and secretariat of the Hongqi Industry–University–Research Innovation Alliance, the Qizhi Innovation Center has established a public technical service platform for the automotive industry in Changchun, built an alliance laboratory and a comprehensive prototype‑manufacturing complex, and addressed common challenges faced by alliance members while providing tailored services.
The Hongqi Industry–University–Research Innovation Alliance was jointly initiated and established by China FAW, Jilin University, the Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. By integrating innovation resources from enterprises, universities, and research institutes, the Alliance seeks to develop precise industry–university–research alignment and robust service models and mechanisms. It is committed to fostering in-depth collaboration in fields such as new technologies, new materials, and new energy, and to implementing major joint projects that bring together industry, academia, research, and end-users. Zhiyuan New Energy and 12 other shareholder entities are all members of the Changchun Hongqi Industry–University–Research Innovation Alliance.
