Job Description
1. Responsible for planning and implementing quality control for the company’s products and production processes, as well as analyzing and improving process defects.
2. Participate in the development of process CPs, FMEAs, work instructions, and inspection guidelines, and propose quality control measures.
3. Conduct internal approval and acceptance of the first‑article samples or production parts, in accordance with customer requirements, for first‑article approval or production part approval.
4. Participate in product reviews;
5. Responsible for in-process inspection and oversight of the production process (including first‑piece and last‑piece inspections and verification, intermediate spot checks, and supervision of specialized inspections); also responsible for managing full‑dimensional inspection and functional testing of products.
6. Responsible for managing pre-shipment factory inspection of products (including labeling, appearance, dimensions, performance, and packaging standards).
7. Participate in the management of nonconforming products within the factory, conduct statistical analysis of such products, and verify the implementation and completion status of corrective actions.
