Job Description
I. Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the company’s quality management improvement initiatives.
2. Cooperate with customers, third parties, and superior regulatory authorities in conducting quality audits of this company.
3. Responsible for developing and overseeing the audit of suppliers’ quality management systems.
4. Responsible for organizing and conducting internal quality system audits and process audits.
5. Responsible for collecting and retrieving relevant laws and regulations, and for communicating, implementing, and enforcing them.
6. Responsible for quality system document management.
7. Responsible for the management of the company’s quality records (including design, collection, updating, guidance on usage, and disposal).
8. Strong leadership, judgment and decision-making, interpersonal, communication, influence, and planning and execution skills.
Strong organizational, managerial, and coordination skills, coupled with a strong team spirit; able to handle work-related stress, lead teams in achieving objectives, and demonstrate initiative.
9. Responsible for organizing and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions.
II. Basic Functions:
Establish and refine the company’s quality management system to ensure its effective and proper operation, and oversee both internal and external audits.
III. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; familiar with TS 16949; relevant work experience.
