A vehicle‑mounted liquefied LNG storage tank is a high‑vacuum insulated vessel designed to store liquefied natural gas (LNG) in automobiles. It features a double‑walled (vacuum‑insulated) structure: the inner liner holds the cryogenic liquid LNG, while multiple layers of insulation are wrapped around its outer wall, providing excellent thermal performance. Meanwhile, the annular space between the two walls is evacuated to create a high vacuum, together forming an efficient thermal insulation system.
