    Gas Supply System Process

Water‑bath vaporizers primarily utilize the engine’s circulating coolant to transfer heat, thereby heating and vaporizing the liquefied gas to bring it up to the temperature and flow rate required by the engine. Combined pressure regulators are designed to reduce the pressure of the vaporized gas, ensuring it meets the engine’s operating pressure specifications while providing stable pressure regulation. In addition to its buffering function, the surge tank can also store a reserve volume of gas. When the vehicle has high power and requires a large gas supply during startup, a surge tank may be installed downstream of the pipeline pressure‑reducing regulator. If space constraints limit installation, or if the vehicle’s power is modest and the length of the gas supply line (which serves a similar buffering role) is sufficient, a surge tank may be omitted.
