On April 29, 2021, Changchun Zhiyuan New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhiyuan New Energy") held a listing ceremony on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and successfully listed on the ChiNext. Relevant personnel from Jilin Provincial Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, Jilin Securities Regulatory Bureau, Changchun Municipal Government and Chaoyang District Government of Changchun City attended the meeting, and some principals of Jilin Province's key listed companies observed the listing activities.
